Know what each offer will cost

Your comparison should make the estimated cost and the assumptions behind it clear. We use your consumption and meter arrangements to assess:

• Unit rates, standing charges and estimated cost for your usage.
• Contract length, start date and deadlines affecting your current agreement.
• Day, night and other time-band rates where applicable.
• Capacity, metering and other relevant supply charges.
• Which charges are fixed and which can change.
• Billing arrangements and supplier service requirements.

Tell us about new equipment, longer opening hours or an expansion. We account for expected changes and explain the important differences between offers from the suppliers we work with.

Renewing or taking over premises?

For a renewal, send a recent bill and your contract dates. If you have moved into premises, we can help identify the supplier, meter details and current contract position.

For several sites, we bring meter records and renewal dates together and check which supplies belong to each premises. Where you need a new supply, a meter change or more capacity, we coordinate the supply-contract requirements with the relevant parties. New supplies and upgrades.

Support with bills and account queries

If a rate differs from the agreement or a charge is unexpected, we can check the bill and raise the relevant questions with the supplier. We agree which checks and supplier liaison are included in your service.

What if my records are incomplete?

Start with the business address and any bill you have. You can also use our supplier lookup, MPAN checker or bill calculator.

How are you paid?

Any supplier commission is included in the quoted contract price; it is not an extra amount added afterwards. We explain the commission and any direct fee before you agree. Detailed audits or specialist work are scoped and priced separately where applicable.
